Energy Star is a process that Building Concepts works to achieve with each of its homes. There are some additional fees to be certified as a Energy Star homes. We here at Building Concepts feel that it is our responsibility to our customers and the planet earth to design and build a home that is energy efficient, and cost effective. We are proud to be considered a Green Builder. Along with building home that are energy efficient we try to keep our work sites responsible to the environment by providing workers with recycle facilities for refuse and purchase renewable and or recycled product whenever possible.
